Tactical Athlete Program (phase 2)

This training program is the result of 16 years worth of experience as a tactical athlete during a long military career within the Special Operations community, combined with years of training other athletes within the military community.  We have facilitated many transformations from civilian to Soldier, Soldier to Operator, and everything in between.

In Phase 2 we are going to focus on going further, faster, and working harder. Building on Phase 1 we will work on your strength and cardiovascular endurance at the same time. As tactical athletes its crucial that not only can we perform but we must be able to do so for long periods of time.
